Q1 2026 Impact Report: 50,000 Naloxone Kits Distributed

Three months into ADUA Coin's existence, we're proud to share our first quarterly impact report. The numbers speak for themselves: blockchain-powered advocacy works.

Financial Overview

Total Advocacy Fund Raised: $487,000
Tokens Burned: 73 million (7.3% of total supply)
Average Daily Trading Volume: 8.2 million tokens
Unique Holders: 12,847

The deflationary mechanism is working as designed. With 73 million tokens permanently removed from circulation, scarcity increases while our advocacy fund grows. This is sustainable economics in action.

Program Impact

Naloxone Distribution

  • 50,000 kits distributed across 35 states
  • 847 documented overdose reversals (likely many more unreported)
  • Priority areas: Rural Appalachia, Native American reservations, urban centers with high overdose rates

Every naloxone kit costs approximately $5. That means $250,000 of our advocacy fund went directly to saving lives. The remaining funds supported syringe services, drug checking, peer support, and policy advocacy.

Partner Organizations Funded

We distributed funds to 12 vetted harm reduction organizations, selected through community governance votes:

  1. Appalachian Harm Reduction Coalition - $75,000 for mobile naloxone units
  2. Pacific Northwest Drug Checking Collaborative - $50,000 for spectrometry equipment
  3. Southern Peer Support Network - $40,000 for peer specialist training
  4. Native American Harm Reduction Alliance - $35,000 for culturally-specific services
  5. Urban Syringe Exchange Program (multiple cities) - $100,000 combined
  6. Policy Advocacy Fund - $50,000 for lobbying efforts in 5 states
  7. Research Partnership - $25,000 for academic studies on crypto-funded advocacy
  8. Legal Defense Fund - $30,000 for people arrested for drug possession
  9. Community Education Initiative - $20,000 for stigma reduction campaigns
  10. Overdose Prevention Training - $35,000 for community workshops
  11. Housing First Program - $15,000 for harm reduction-informed housing
  12. Emergency Response Fund - $12,000 for rapid response to overdose clusters

Policy Wins

ADUA-funded advocacy contributed to three significant policy victories this quarter:

  1. Montana passed Good Samaritan legislation protecting people who call 911 during overdoses
  2. Virginia expanded Medicaid coverage for medication-assisted treatment
  3. Oregon allocated $10 million in state funds for harm reduction services

These wins demonstrate that our model works: community-funded advocacy can influence policy at the state level.

Governance Participation

Proposals Submitted: 23
Proposals Passed: 18
Average Voter Participation: 34% of token holders
Quadratic Voting Prevented Whale Dominance: In 7 close votes, smaller holders' collective voice outweighed large individual holders

Democracy is functioning. Token holders are engaged. Decisions reflect community consensus, not plutocracy.

Community Growth

Telegram Members: 8,500
Twitter Followers: 15,200
Monthly Active Users on Governance Platform: 4,300
Peer Support Meetings Attended: 1,200+ participants

We're building more than a cryptocurrency—we're building a movement. People are connecting, organizing, supporting each other. This is mutual aid at scale.

Challenges and Learnings

Not everything has been smooth. We've faced:

  • Gas fees on Ethereum: High transaction costs during network congestion. Solution: We're launching a Polygon bridge in Q2 for cheaper transactions.
  • Exchange listing delays: Regulatory scrutiny slowed some listings. We're working with legal counsel to address compliance concerns.
  • Education gap: Many community members aren't familiar with cryptocurrency. We've created tutorials and offer one-on-one support.
  • Volatility: Token price fluctuations create uncertainty. We're emphasizing long-term holding and mission alignment over speculation.

Looking Ahead: Q2 Goals

  1. Launch staking platform - Enable passive income for holders
  2. Polygon bridge - Reduce transaction costs
  3. Tier 2 exchange listings - Expand accessibility
  4. 100,000 naloxone kits - Double our distribution
  5. International expansion - Partner with harm reduction groups in Canada and Europe

Transparency Commitment

All fund distributions are recorded on-chain. You can verify every transaction at etherscan.io using our Advocacy Fund wallet address. We publish detailed financial reports quarterly and maintain open communication channels.

This is your money. You deserve to know exactly how it's being used.

Thank You

To every ADUA holder, every advocate, every person who's shared our vision: thank you. You're proving that cryptocurrency can be a force for social good. You're saving lives. You're changing policy. You're building a more just future.

The revolution is just beginning.
